How can I subscribe ?
→Whether you are looking for an individual, corporate, or football membership, on each corresponding page and in the « Offers » section, a button will redirect you to the contact page where a form allows you to get in touch with us. You can also contact us by email at : contact@premium-conciergerie.com or by phone at 01.70.37.59.00.
And what happens after I pay for my subscription ?
→Upon receipt of your payment, one of our concierges will first contact you by email to arrange a phone appointment, allowing us to get to know you better. (For the Premium Black subscription, a meeting at your office or home will be scheduled.)
During this phone or in-person meeting, we will invite you to complete a questionnaire to anticipate your needs and understand your preferences.
Your Premium Conciergerie membership card and invoice will then be sent to you by post.
What is included in my Premium Conciergerie membership ?
→Depending on your choice, you can contact your concierge by email or phone without limitation:
– 24/7 for the Premium Black subscription
The only restriction on your (unlimited) requests is to comply with applicable laws.
All services related to advice, booking, and the organization of your requests are included with any Premium Conciergerie subscription.
Requested services are subsequently invoiced by the provider you select.
You will also receive our Premium Conciergerie e-newsletters, tailored to your hobbies and/or interests, giving you access to exclusive addresses and insider tips. Additionally, you will receive personalized invitations according to your interests (private sales, events, soirées, etc.).

How can I contact my concierge ?
→The simplest way: once your account is activated, you will receive a phone number to contact your concierge directly. We then create a group with your assigned concierges via the WhatsApp application, where you can submit all your requests.
What happens if my concierge cannot fulfill a specific request ?
→Premium Conciergerie is committed to using all necessary resources to meet its members’ requests. In the event that a request cannot be fulfilled, your concierge will provide you with alternative proposals and suggest suitable solutions.
Are there any limits to requests with Premium Conciergerie ?
→YES, the only limits are those imposed by applicable laws.
Is the Premium Conciergerie membership individual ?
→NO, a Premium Conciergerie membership is a « couple » subscription.
The subscriber and their spouse/partner are both beneficiaries of the membership. Additionally, your requests can involve multiple people: concert tickets for 4, a table reservation for 8, organizing a family vacation, or planning a wedding for 200 guests…
Does my membership have a minimum duration ?
→YES, a Premium Conciergerie membership has a minimum duration of one year
What if my request is made at the last minute ?
→Premium Conciergerie is committed to responding, although this does not apply to bookings, event organization, or entertainment requests. For everyday life services (such as a coach, spa, babysitter, plumber, locksmith, etc.), Premium Conciergerie will find a solution even for last-minute requests.
Do I have my own dedicated concierge ?
→Your membership gives you access to all services and concierges at Premium Conciergerie.
Your requests will be handled primarily by an assigned concierge, and if they are unavailable, you will be connected with another concierge who will have instant access to your files. For certain complex requests or at your express request, a single concierge may handle the entire process of your request.
Premium Black cardholders have access to a dedicated concierge.
Can I cancel my membership ?
→Yes. In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code (amended by the Hamon Law of 2014), you have fourteen (14) full days from the day after your membership confirmation to exercise your right of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
You also have the option to cancel your membership before the annual renewal by notifying your concierge one month prior to the anniversary date of your subscription. Simply send us your cancellation request by registered letter. For more information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Can I gift a membership ?
→YES. You can gift a membership by sending an email to contact@premium-conciergerie.com or by calling 01.70.37.59.00
What happens at the end of the year ?
→Premium Conciergerie membership is automatically renewed for an additional year on each anniversary of your subscription. To cancel your membership after one year, simply send a registered letter at least one month before the anniversary date, indicating your wish to terminate.
